Holy October Batman, time flies! Wednesday night club runs continue to be at River Outpost Brewing at 6 pm. The days are getting shorter for sure and soon it will be time to wear vests, head lamps or other reflective gear during your runs. Please be Safe!

"Friday Sunrise Runners" @ Matters Coffee (50 Maple Street, Croton on Hudson) Please RSVP in WhatsApp on Thursday so you know whose smiling faces will be there in the morning to greet you @ 5:30 am.
Sleepy Hollow 10K Oct 25 will be a fun costume team put together by Megan Kaen! The theme is Pickles! There is a WhatsApp chat for those who are running; add yourself or let us know if you would like to join. See below for race registration link.
SAVE THE DATE November 2 @ 8:00 am for our NYC Marathon Cheers and Beers table! Would love to get a bunch of us there again to support our club members running it, and other friends and family as well. We will follow up with details just before the race.

Sunday, October 19 at 9 am: Kiwanis Club of Newburgh Scholarship Run https://runsignup.com/Race/NY/Newburgh/KiwanisClubofNewburghScholarshipRun
Run/walk 4 mile loop around the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh, NY. The terrain is a wide gravel trail relatively flat and easy with a few small hills. The fall season is a perfect time to enjoy the foliage of this scenic park while participating in this unique event. Recognition and awards for the top male and female runners overall and within age categories. T-shirts and swag bags included for the first 100 registrations. There will be raffle tickets available to purchase for donated baskets from local businesses. Food and refreshments will be provided. Funds raised will be used towards scholarships for educational and other enrichment programs for children of the community.
Saturday, October 25 at 9:30 am: The 9th Annual Town of Cortlandt 5K Road Race. There is a pavilion for registration and post race activities and a parking area at 45 Riverside, Verplank. Registration is $15; race day registration is $20. Same course, same great people. All participants will receive a free t-shirt. Awards to top 3 men & women in various age groups.
